March 30, 2012:  The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has advised that the following road projects are active for the week of March 30 – April 6, 2012:

I-95 Overhead Sign Installation (Congress Avenue to Boynton Beach Boulevard):  This sign installation project includes overhead sign panel installation along I-95, striping improvements and sod installation. Work is estimated to be completed by early summer 2012.

Restrictions: I-95 may have three (3) lanes closed in each direction between Congress Avenue and Boynton Beach Boulevard between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am, Sunday night through Friday morning, April 13th. In conjunction with these closures, there may be intermittent lane closures on the I-95 entrance and exit ramps at Linton Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am, Sunday night through Friday morning, through April 2012.

ADVANCED NOTICE: The George Bush Boulevard Bridge will undergo a full closure on Wednesday, April 11, 2012, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, for street lighting upgrades. For more information about this project, contact the Palm Beach County Construction Services at 561-684-4000.
